How we work

Six steps from first call to post-bid follow-up. You see a written plan at step three, before you spend on anything.

  1. Understand your business

Products, capacity, turnover, past orders and the documents you already have.

  2. Identify opportunities

Tenders on central and state portals that match what you sell.

  3. Check eligibility

Pre-qualification criteria checked against your records, with a gap list.

  4. Prepare documents

Declarations, profiles, compliance sheets and an indexed bid file.

  5. Submit the bid

Portal upload, EMD or bid security, and a final compliance check.

  6. Post-bid guidance

Clarifications, results, and what to improve next time.

Common questions

Quick answers on eligibility, documents and EMD.

All FAQs
What documents do I need to start bidding on government tenders?

Typically PAN, GST registration, Udyam (for MSMEs), bank details, a Class 3 Digital Signature Certificate, and proof of your business address. Many tenders also ask for audited financial statements, ITRs and experience certificates.

Can a new business bid on government tenders?

Yes. Many tenders are open to new firms, and eligible startups and MSEs may get relaxations on prior experience and turnover where the tender allows it. We help you find tenders you can qualify for now.

Are MSMEs exempt from EMD?

Under the Public Procurement Policy for Micro and Small Enterprises, registered MSEs are generally exempt from paying tender fee and EMD for the category they are registered in. The specific tender’s conditions always apply, so we check each one.

Do you guarantee tender award?

No consultant can. Award depends on the buyer’s evaluation and your price. We make your bid complete and compliant so it is judged on merit.
